标题: SIS系统中TÜV证书告诉我们哪些信息？

化工自控仪表工作中，在参与SIS系统的时候，我们会遇见证书，目前来说，我们经常见到的证书有TÜV证书、exida证书、BV证书（Bureau Veritas）以及上海所。
那么，我们看到这个证书以后，它（证书）能给我们带来哪些信息呢？
今天我们一起来阅读一下TÜV颁发给WIKA温度变送器的证书。
我们看到的证书，是下面这样的一个格式：（这个证书是双语）

在最顶部，我们会看到认证机构的标识。

第二行右侧是证书编号Nr./No.

我们来看框中第一部分：

Prüfgegenstand或Product tested，分别用德文和英文表示测试的产品是什么

这里测试的产品是TemperaturTransmitter（温度变送器）

Zertifikatsinhaber或Certificate holder（证书持有者）这里我们看到是WIKA。

框中第二部分：

Typbezeichnung或Type designation（类型名称）：T32.1S (HeadMounting顶部安装)和T32.3S (Rail Mounting导轨安装)；

Hersteller Manufacturer（制造商）：wieZertifikatsinhaber see certificate holder（见证书持有者，这个已经在第一部分明确了。）。

框中第三部分：

Prüfgrundlagen Codes and standards forming the basis oftesting（测试的标准依据）：

IEC61508 Parts1-7:2010

IEC61511-1:2003 + Corr. 1:2004 (in extracts)

框中第四部分（重点部分）：

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung或Intended application（预期用途）：

（德语）DieTemperatur Transmitter erfüllen die Anforderungen der Prüfgrundlagen (HardwareSicherheitsintegrität SIL2 und systematische Eignung SIL3 nach IEC61508) undkönnen in Anwendungen bis SIL2 (HFT=0) bzw. SIL3 (HFT=1) nach IEC61508 beieiner Messgenauigkeit von 2% eingesetzt werden.

（英语）The temperature transmitter complywith the requirements of the relevant standards (Hardware safety integrity SIL2and systematic capability SIL3 acc. to IEC61508) and can be used inapplications up to SIL2 (HFT=0) resp. SIL3 (HFT=1) acc. to IEC61508 at ameasurement accuracy of 2%.

我们来直接看一下英文的意思：

温度变送器符合相关标准的要求（根据IEC61508，硬件安全完整性SIL2和SIL3系统的能力），依据IEC61508在2%的测量精度可达到SIL2（HFT=0）或SIL3（HFT=1）。

这里我们要注意SIL2（HFT=0）或SIL3（HFT=1）。这是什么含义呢？

HFT：Hardware fault tolerance

在IEC61511-2016中“11.4.1 The SIS shall have a minimumHFT with respect to each SIF it implements.（NOTE Thisdoes not exclude the possibility that the HFT may be reduced below the minimumrequirement at certain times during operation of the system following theoccurrence of faults.）”[SIS对实施的每个SIF应具有最小的HFT]

“11.4.5 The minimum HFT for a SIS (orits SIS subsystems) implementing a SIF of a specified SIL shall be inaccordance with Table 6 and if appropriate 11.4.6 and 11.4.7.

（NOTE The HFT requirements in Table 6represent the minimum system or, where relevant, the SIS subsystem redundancy.Depending on the application, device failure rate and proof-testing interval,additional redundancy can be required to satisfy the failure measure for theSIL of the SIF according to 11.9. ）”[SIS（或其子系统）执行指定SIL的SIF的最低HFT应符合表6以及适用于11.4.6和11.4.7。

我们根据Table6能更好的理解证书中“SIL2（HFT=0）或SIL3（HFT=1）”，当裕度为0时，是SIL2（低要求模式）；当裕度为1时，是SIL3（高要求模式或连续模式）。Eg:1oo2\2oo3，这种构架HFT=1.

框中第五部分：

BesondereBedingungen或Specific requirements（特殊要求）：

（德语）DieHinweise in der zugehörigen Betriebsanleitung und des Sicherheitshandbuchessind zu beachten.

（英语）The instructionsof the associated Operating and Safety Manual shall be considered.这段话的意思是必须遵守相关的操作说明和安全手册中的说明。

Dieses Zertifikat ist gültig bis 02.06.2019.或This certificate is valid until 2019-06-02.

该证书的有效期至2019-06-02

下来是对这个证书的来源做说明：

（德语）Der Ausstellung dieses Zertifikatesliegt eine Prüfung zugrunde, deren Ergebnisse im Bericht-Nr. 968/EL 632.02/14vom 02.06.2014 dokumentiert sind.

Dieses Zertifikat ist nur gültig für Erzeugnisse, die mitdem Prüfgegenstand übereinstimmen. Es wird ungültig bei jeglicher Änderung derPrüfgrundlagen für den angegebenen Verwendungszweck.

（英语）The issue of this certificate isbased upon an examination, whose results are documented in report-no.: 968/EL632.02/14 dated 2014-06-02.

This certificate is valid only for products which areidentical with the product tested. It becomes invalid at any change of thecodes and standards forming the basis of testing for the intended application.

这段话的含义是：这个证书是基于一个测试，其测试结果记录在2014-06-02的报告中，报告编号：968/EL 632.02/14。

这个证书仅对测试产品有效，当型号和标准发生变化时，它就成为对预期应用程序进行测试的基础。
